TikTok Shop Manager (Full-Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated TikTok Shop Manager to join our team and help grow our e-commerce business in Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing our TikTok Shop operations, planning marketing campaigns, coordinating affiliates and creators, analyzing performance, and driving sales growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok trends, e-commerce, and how to turn content into revenue.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop.
Develop and execute monthly sales and campaign strategies.
Plan content calendars together with the content creation team.
Coordinate with affiliates, influencers, and creators.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and flash sales.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations team.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Optimize product visibility and conversion rates.
Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated on TikTok Shop features, algorithm changes, and market trends.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing TikTok Shop or e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
Knowledge of TikTok Ads is a strong advantage.
Experience planning promotional campaigns and product launches.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Experience scaling a TikTok Shop from startup to high monthly revenue.
Understanding of live selling strategies.
Familiar with Meta, Instagram, and Shopee is an advantage.
