Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cybersecurity Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee and implement a range of security measures to protect digital assets and align with organizational client objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting vulnerability assessments, leading application and network security processes, setting policies for information security, and identifying potential risks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure regulatory compliance is also a central aspect of this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related disciplines, including experience leading projects or teams.
- Experience with performing Vulnerability Assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards for cybersecurity
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a cybersecurity function is preferred
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, system integrator, or cybersecurity service environments is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC or similar professional certifications are a strong advantage
