Funding & Investor Relations Manager

PT Alka Mart Samudera is a licensed Indonesian trading company with a strong partnership with KEMITE SSM Trading (Egypt). We deal in strategic commodities: petroleum products, coal, CPO, sugar, gold, and other bulk goods.

 

We operate under transparent, halal, and low-risk principles — no conventional debt, no riba, and no unnecessary financial burden. We are now looking for capital to scale our trading operations.

 

 

 

🎯 Position: Funding & Investor Relations Specialist

 

Main Goal: Secure startup/working capital without credit checks, without personal collateral, and without interest-based loans

 

✅ What You Will Do

 

- Source and connect with private investors, halal investment groups, commodity trade financiers, and Islamic financing institutions

- Present our business plan, trading model, and partnership details to potential funders

- Structure financing using Shariah-compliant models:

- Mudarabah: Profit-sharing partnership

- Murabahah: Transparent cost-plus financing

- Wakalah: Fee-based trade facilitation funding

- Negotiate terms that protect both parties and follow Indonesian law

- Prepare simple proposals, pitch decks, and supporting documents

- Coordinate due diligence and ensure funds are transferred directly to the company’s official account

- Report progress every week via Google Meet / Zoom

 

 

 

💰 Compensation Model

 

✅ NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY / NO ALLOWANCE

✅ 100% Success Fee Only — ZERO risk for you

✅ Fee Structure: 3% – 5% of the total funds successfully received

(Example: If you secure Rp 500 million → you earn Rp 15 – 25 million)

✅ Payment: Released within 3 working days after funds are confirmed in our company bank account

✅ No hidden conditions: You only get paid when the money is safely in our account

 

 

 

✅ Requirements

 

- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or corporate finance

- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles (Mudarabah, Murabahah, etc.)

- Good network with private investors, family offices, or halal investment communities

- Able to explain business plans clearly in English and Indonesian

- Honest, trustworthy, and result-oriented

- Understands commodity trading or international trade is a big plus

- Willing to work on a success-only basis
