Production Staff (Process Engineer)

About the role

As a Process Engineer at PT Yadea Manufaktur Kendaraan Listrik, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and optimised operation of our state-of-the-art electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This full-time position will see you collaborating closely with our engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement across all our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing, implementing and optimising manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety

2. Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements

3. Providing technical expertise and support to the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues

4. Developing and implementing process control systems and automation strategies

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute new product introductions

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or a related field

2. Proficient in process design, optimisation and control techniques

3. Expertise in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive process improvements

4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
