Job Summary
The CRM & Marketing Analyst will co-own the CRM programme with the Singapore-based CRM team in retail industry, bringing analytical rigour to customer data, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programme performance. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a professional with strong technical skills and a proven track record of turning customer data into measurable business outcomes. This role provides operational support to the client's core Singapore / International team.
Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. CRM & Customer Analytics
- Analyse member data to identify behavioural patterns, segment trends, and lifecycle opportunities.
- Own loyalty programme health tracking—retention, churn, reactivation, spend per member, and tier migration.
- Build and maintain customer segmentation frameworks to support targeting and personalisation.
- Translate data findings into actionable CRM initiatives.
- KPI: Increase in active member retention rate and targeted reduction in segment churn quarter-over-quarter.
2. Experimentation & Optimisation
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across CRM channels (email, SMS, digital ads, in-store).
- Establish a structured test-and-learn cadence to improve campaign performance and member engagement.
- Own the full experiment loop—from hypothesis to implementation to result.
- KPI: Number of successful multivariate tests executed monthly and the resulting percentage lift in user engagement.
3. Campaign Analytics
- Measure campaign effectiveness across channels—conversion, ROI, incremental lift, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Singapore CRM team on targeting logic, messaging strategy, and campaign prioritisation.
- Execute audience builds and data flows within marketing automation platforms.
- KPI: Documented improvement in campaign ROI and overall conversion rates across all lifecycle marketing funnels.
4. Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track CRM and loyalty KPIs.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities from the data.
- KPI: 100% on-time delivery of weekly/monthly analytical reports and maintenance of dashboard accuracy.
Requirements
1. Experience
- 4–6 years in CRM, customer analytics, or lifecycle marketing analytics.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or loyalty-driven businesses preferred.
- Demonstrated experience running experiments and translating analysis into business outcomes.
2. Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL—able to extract and manipulate large datasets independently.
- Python for data analysis; basic modelling experience is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with at least one marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a mobile measurement partner (MMP).
3. Soft Skills & Core Competencies
- Clear communicator with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative—comfortable working closely with a remote counterpart in Singapore.
- Self-directed and proactive with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
