Asian Sports Experience is seeking a dynamic, organized, and hospitality-driven Boat Host to oversee our guest experiences, handle guest communications, and ensure our vessel operations run seamlessly. The Boat Host will act as the primary bridge between our customers, the onboard
crew, and management, delivering top-tier service from booking to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Booking Management
? Inquiry & Booking Management: Receive incoming guest bookings and actively
manage all reservation inquiries.
? Customer Communication: Follow up on booking details, itineraries, and special
requests directly with customers via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
? Guest Welcoming: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the boat, ensuring
a premium first impression.
2. Onboard Hospitality & Safety
? Itinerary Execution: Seamlessly coordinate and manage the daily trip itineraries to
ensure timely departures, arrivals, and activity transitions.
? Food & Beverage (F&B): Prepare and present light guest refreshments, such as fresh
snack platters or fruit platters, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
? Safety Briefings: Conduct clear and professional safety briefings for guests before
departure, ensuring compliance with marine safety protocols.
? Destination Guiding: Assist guests by providing engaging information about
destinations, points of interest, and activities throughout the trip.
3. Vessel Operations & Crew Management
? Vessel Readiness & Awareness: Maintain strict oversight of the boat's condition. Ensure
the boat is meticulously clean, well-presented, and that all guest equipment is fully
prepared and functional before every trip.
? Crew Leadership: Manage the onboard crew, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring a
harmonious, professional working environment.
? Maintenance Oversight: Visit the boat at least twice a week to audit maintenance
standards, troubleshoot operational challenges, and follow up on any issues regarding the
vessel or crew performance.
4. Reporting, Marketing & Administration
? Trip Reports: Document and file detailed reports after each trip, highlighting guest
feedback, operational issues, or maintenance needs.
? Social Media Content: Assist the marketing team by proposing creative social media
ideas, capturing high-quality content (photos/videos) during trips, and highlighting the
unique Asian Sports guest experience.
