Ringkasan Yukerja
Lowongan Boat Building Project Manager di PT Outborn Perkapalan Indonesia kami kurasi dari JobStreet (kategori Teknologi & IT). Perhatikan lokasi kerja (Bali) sebelum melamar. Yukerja.com bukan pemberi kerja — lamaran diproses di situs sumber resmi.
Outborn Watercraft (outbornwatercraft.com) is a fast-growing RHIB manufacturer based in Bali, Indonesia. We design and build high-performance vessels for commercial, tourism, and private clients across the region. As we scale our production and take on increasingly complex build projects, we're looking for a capable Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of our boat build projects.
The Role
You will be the main point of accountability for every project you run, from the moment a contract is signed to the day the vessel is handed over to the client. That means planning the build, driving the team, managing the client relationship, controlling costs, and making sure everything lands on time and to spec. You'll work closely with our sales, design, production, procurement, and management teams.
This is a hands-on role, so you will be on the floor, solving problems, removing blockers, and keeping things moving. It also requires you to communicate clearly in both Indonesian and English and to use project management software to ensure updates are accessible to the whole team.
What You'll Do
Own the project plan (scope, schedule, and milestones) from start to finish.
Run daily production check-ins and weekly production meetings to keep the build on track against the Gantt.
Be the primary point of contact for the management and sales team: providing progress updates, handling change requests, communicating delays, and coordinating sea trials.
Coordinate between sales, design, production, procurement, and external parties.
Monitor material usage and flag cost overruns early.
Ensure all work meets Outborn's quality standards and relevant maritime regulations.
Identify risks before they become problems and drive resolution when they do.
Produce clear, concise project status reports for both the client and management.
Maintain complete project documentation throughout the build.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in boat building, shipbuilding, marine engineering, or a related manufacturing/construction industry.
Solid understanding of vessel construction processes — fiberglass, aluminum, or RHIB builds are a strong advantage.
Comfortable reading engineering drawings, build specs, and technical documentation.
Proficient with project management tools (Monday.com or similar).
Strong communicator. You can write a clear client update, run a production meeting, and escalate a problem to the director without missing a beat.
Organized and detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English (able to read technical documents, write clear project updates, and communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and stakeholders).
Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali. We do not provide employment housing.
