Position : Senior Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the garment industry
Fluent in English (is a must)
Proven experience in handling garment certification audits (GRS/ RCS/ OCS/ EFS) and Brand Protection
Proven experience in handling social compliance audits (Better Work/ WRAP/ Buyer’s Audit, etc)
Proven experience in handling mass balance (related to certification)
Strong knowledge in OHS/Occupational Health & Safety (K3) & Labor Laws
Strong skills in creating Policy and Procedures
Ability to develop training materials and deliver them effectively
Knowledge of environmental aspects in garment factories is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to make frequent business trips to Central Java & West Java
Office located : KBN Cakung Cilincing, North Jakarta
Main Role :
Conduct regular internal audit to the factories
Draft, review and revise internal policies and procedures
Manage internal ESG implementation across operations
Collect ESG related data, review and report to HQ
Conduct regular training to the factories
