- bachelor degree of civil engineering
- max 26 years old
- experiened in developer property is preferably
- preferably supervisor/coordinator specialised in engineering - civil/contruction or equivalent
- good knowledge of contruction processes
- required to have a detailed thorough knowledge and understanding of how to read and comprehend contruction drawing and materials specifications
- have a high awareness and understanding of the quality of work
- have higt logical, cognitive, prblem solving and decision making abilities
- having the ability to work in a team and be responsible at all times
