IT System Integrator Staff - Automation - Jakarta (B-131950)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta. 

• Our client is a Automation company. Currently, they are looking for IT System Integrator Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer operational requirements and material handling processes.

• Understand equipment movement and logistics flow within automated warehouse systems.

• Define functional scope and interfaces between information systems, control systems, and automation equipment.

• Create Technical Functional Specifications (TFS) covering system functions, operations, interfaces, reports, and outputs.

• Propose suitable solutions based on customer operational requirements.

• Conduct system analysis and identify opportunities for warehouse process improvement.

• Present information system concepts and solutions to customers.

• Understand company standard specifications and product capabilities.

• Create Product Specifications based on standard specification templates (SDMS).

• Develop Input/Output (I/O) Specifications and interface definitions between systems and equipment.

• Prepare cost calculations and budgeting for information system projects.

• Estimate software development, customization, implementation, testing, and integration costs.

• Support proposal and quotation preparation activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy and feasibility.

• Conduct customer meetings to gather and finalize project requirements.

• Prepare Meeting Minutes (MOM) and maintain pending issue lists.

• Track action items and ensure timely closure of outstanding issues.

• Create technical and commercial proposal documents.

• Understand customer business objectives, operational challenges, and project goals.

• Clearly explain system functionality, benefits, and implementation approach.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma III degree in Computer Science.

• High Conversational English proficiency.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as IT System Integrator or Business Analyst handling warehouse management systems or logistics systems.

• A proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate across teams.
