- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role
- Proven hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Ability to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus
