IT Support Engineer Fluent English Required

Technical Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, for Lead 5+ years experience. Production Support, or Operations Support environments. 
• Operating Systems: Solid fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Application & API Support: Strong troubleshooting skills in Mobile Applications, APIs, and middleware components.
• Monitoring & Log Analysis: Proficient in using application monitoring tools and performing log analysis to identify and resolve system anomalies.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud environments, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• ITIL Framework: Good understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly in Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Service Availability.
• Domain & Company Preferences (Highly Prioritized)
• Telecom Domain Experience: Strongly preferred to have experience working within Telecom Operators, Telecom Product Companies, or Telecom Solution Providers.

Working Details

• Support Coverage: 8x5 operational support with possible weekend support requirements
• Working Hours: Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Flexibility to work on a rotational/shift basis may be required.
• Work Arrangement: Full onsite at client office in Indonesia, following the client’s working calendar.
• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Onboarding Timeline: Approximately 3 weeks after project award confirmation
