We are Akura Villas, a boutique development group in Bali focused on creating design-led, sustainable luxury villas.

We aim to deliver projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value, while reflecting both modern living and local context.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Drafter to support our design and project delivery teams through the preparation of accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior drawing packages for development and construction projects

• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and technical documentation

• Assist in preparing Detailed Design Documentation (DED) packages

• Develop joinery, cabinetry, and interior detailing drawings

• Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants

• Maintain drawing registers and organised project documentation

• Support contractors and suppliers with drawing-related information

• Assist with shop drawing reviews and documentation updates

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Ensure all documentation aligns with NueState standards and project requirements

• Support the continuous improvement of drawing templates, systems, and workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior drafting, or construction documentation

• Proficient in AutoCAD, with experience in SketchUp.

• Strong understanding of architectural and construction documentation standards, including preparing construction drawing packages

• Knowledge of joinery, furniture detailing, construction methodologies, and experience with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Experience with Revit and BIM workflows is an advantage

• Experience in luxury residential, villa, or hospitality projects is preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience working with consultants and contractors, superimposing drawings to detect discrepancies.
