The IT Manager / Senior IT Manager will provide leadership for the organization's technology landscape across multiple sites in Indonesia. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations, maintaining core business systems, driving strategic technology initiatives, and delivering secure and scalable technology services.

Description

• Define and execute technology strategies that support business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop internal IT teams across various locations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Provide technology guidance to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent, reliable, and secure IT services across all business locations.
• Establish service standards and continuously improve operational performance.
• Oversee support functions, incident resolution, and service management processes.
• Manage enterprise technology environments, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
• Drive modernization initiatives to improve scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Maintain effective backup, recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
• Strengthen information security practices and technology risk controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and industry standards.
• Lead initiatives that enhance cyber resilience and organizational awareness.
• Oversee business-critical applications and ensure they effectively support operational needs.
• Work closely with functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Coordinate application enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Lead strategic technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business transformation through effective technology adoption and change management.
• Build and manage relationships with external technology partners and service providers.

Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and business process enablement.
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure technologies, cloud environments, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Significant experience leading enterprise technology operations within a complex business environment.
• Demonstrated success managing large technology programs and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing technology functions at a senior level.
• Experience overseeing multiple technology disciplines, including infrastructure, applications, security, and project delivery
