We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our growing design team and help transform innovative design concepts into high-quality construction documentation.

Position Overview

As an Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior design documentation for residential and hospitality projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to develop accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready drawing packages that align with the project's design intent and technical requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction documentation and interdisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings, construction details, schedules, and documentation packages for residential and hospitality projects.

• Translate design concepts into accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready documentation while maintaining design intent and technical standards.

• Coordinate drawings and technical information with architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants to ensure project integration and consistency.

• Review consultant drawings, identify technical conflicts or documentation issues, and assist in developing practical solutions during design development and construction documentation phases.

• Maintain documentation quality, manage drawing revisions, support authority submissions when required, and participate in project coordination meetings and site visits.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Proven experience preparing working drawings, construction details, and comprehensive documentation packages.

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methodologies.

• Experience coordinating drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape disciplines.

• Ability to identify technical detailing issues and propose practical solutions.

• Experience in consultant coordination and drawing review processes.

• Familiarity with Indonesian building regulations and permitting processes (PBG/SLF) is an advantage.

• Experience in interior drafting, joinery detailing, and FF&E documentation will be highly regarded.
