Account Executive for Industrial Laboratory (Jakarta positions)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Maintain an extensive network of contacts within the industry to identify new opportunities through market research for collaboration and business development.
Handling sales based on projects, including project identification, contract negotiation, proposal preparation, and monitoring project implementation to achieve company sales targets, is preferred.
Generate sales leads and actively prospect new customers.
Travelling to visit potential customers also managing and interpreting customer requirements - communicating with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
Understand customer needs and how our product or service provides the best solution in quality, price, and delivery, offering tailored solutions from our portfolio.
Strong networking skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with various key decision-makers with existing B2B customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of products and services according to market needs.
Monitor and ensure smooth distribution and customer satisfaction include provide after-sales support as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service that drive customer retention and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, regular reports on sales performance including customers interactions, sales calls, and pipeline management for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Life Science disciplines (e.g. Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food/Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, biotechnology/medical/science, etc.) or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the laboratories and medical equipment industry ( this is not Laboran's responsibilities), Have experience in project sales is a plus
Excellent knowledge in Food, Feed, Pharmaceutical and general laboratory and/or Water Analysis and inside laboratory knowledge.
Strong understanding of sales processes and supply chain management. Knowledge of shipping and import are plus.
Proficient in English language
Good negotiation skill and presentation with potential customers
Strong skill in business communication to build relationships with potential customers and other industry professionals
Willing to go extra mile in their career
Have own vehicle is mandatory
