Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Primary Education or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in primary level.
Strong understanding of curriculum standards, lesson planning, and assessment strategies.
Ability to teach multiple core subjects (Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction based on students’ abilities and learning styles.
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
High commitment to student academic growth and character development.
Main Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons across core subjects in alignment with curriculum.
Develop teaching materials, worksheets, and assessment instruments.
Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate records.
Monitor student progress and provide targeted support where needed.
Maintain a structured, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
Participate in school meetings, training, and curriculum development initiatives.
Support co-curricular activities and school events.
Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes.
