FINNS Beach Club is seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to take ownership of both electrical infrastructure and instrumentation systems, acting as the foundation for future automation and smart operations across the venue.
This role extends beyond traditional electrical engineering. You will be the key driver in building an integrated, data-driven environment, enabling real-time monitoring, control, and optimization of critical systems such as power, water, wastewater, HVAC, and energy consumption.
You will play a central role in transitioning FINNS toward a digitally enabled, intelligent facility, where decisions are supported by accurate data and automated control systems.

Responsibilities
1.Electrical Engineering Leadership
Lead design, operation, and optimization of electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, panels, protection systems, and backup power (generator, ATS)
Act as the technical authority for electrical reliability, safety, and system resilience
Oversee electrical inputs in projects, upgrades, and retrofits, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
2.Instrumentation & Automation (Core Focus)
Develop and implement instrumentation architecture across critical systems, including:
Flow meters, level sensors, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors
Power meters, energy monitoring systems, and load analytics
Water quality sensors for WTP/WWTP (pH, DO, turbidity, etc.)
Lead deployment and integration of PLC/SCADA/BMS systems to enable centralized monitoring and control
Design and standardize data acquisition frameworks, ensuring all critical assets are measurable and trackable
Drive implementation of smart alarms, interlocks, and predictive maintenance triggers
Support development of AI-driven automation initiatives, including energy optimization, demand response, and system self-correction
3.Systems Integration & Data Strategy
Integrate electrical and mechanical systems into a unified Building Management System (BMS)
Ensure interoperability between legacy systems and new digital platforms
Establish data standards, dashboards, and reporting structures to support operational decision-making
Work closely with IT and digital teams to align on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance
4.Operational Excellence & Compliance
Conduct technical audits and performance reviews across electrical and instrumentation systems
Lead root cause analysis for system failures, including both electrical faults and instrumentation inaccuracies
Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, safety standards, and calibration requirements
Develop and enforce SOPs for instrumentation calibration, maintenance, and verification
5.Commercial & Strategic Contribution
Support CAPEX planning and ROI justification for automation and instrumentation investments
Evaluate and manage vendors for instrumentation, control systems, and smart technologies
Contribute to tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation from a technical perspective
Qualifications
Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with strong exposure to both electrical systems and instrumentation/control systems
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal are essential
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
Proven experience with PLC, SCADA, BMS, and industrial automation systems
Strong understanding of instrumentation design, calibration, and signal integration (4-20 mA, Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
Experience in energy monitoring systems, smart metering, and data analytics platforms
Familiarity with AI-driven automation or predictive maintenance frameworks is highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations, electrical codes, and instrumentation standards
Experience in complex facilities, hospitality, industrial plants, or high-load environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capability
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives
