About The Company:
The working venue is in Jakarta.
Our client is a Musical Instrument company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Marketing Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve guitar sales targets.
Manage and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, and market conditions
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Coordinate product demonstrations and training for dealers and sales representatives.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with related departments to ensure product availability.
Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis for management review.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve product or sales-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Support the development of sales materials, digital marketing content, and promotional tools for guitar products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain brand standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduate with Marketing Internship are Welcome
Min. Bachelor's degree
Conversational English proficiency
Strong interest in Guitar related information or market
Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident
Preferable Skill/Experience:
Able to play the guitar
