Marketing Communicatioans

We’re looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist who is strategic, creative, and adaptable to help shape and amplify our brand voice. In our fast-paced startup environment, you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, developing integrated communication strategies, and managing collaborations with KOLs and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication Strategy

• Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with business goals.

2. Campaign & Messaging

• Create key messages for product campaigns, launches, promotions, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, content, and social media teams to ensure consistency across all platforms.

3. KOL & Influencer Activation

• Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers and KOLs.
• Prepare detailed briefs, manage execution, and evaluate campaign performance.

4. Content & Copywriting

• Produce content for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, video scripts, and more.
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all communication channels.

5. Event & Partnership Communication

• Prepare communication materials for product launches, webinars, offline/online events.
• Develop co-branded materials for strategic partnerships and collaborations.

6. Monitoring & Insights

• Track campaign performance using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Communication, or related roles (experience in a startup or agency is a plus).
• Strong ability to develop and execute communication strategies effectively.
• Excellent writing skills, with a talent for copywriting, storytelling, and brand messaging.
• Willing to work on-site
