Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AR/AP, Tax, or related finance operation roles.
- Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Accurate accounting system.
- Experienced in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Able to prepare cash flow reports, budget, forecast, and financial projections for operational and business needs.
- Able to perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Experienced in managing Account Receivable, Account Payable, operational payment, tenant billing, vendor payment, and petty cash.
- Able to create invoices, follow up outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and collection.
- Familiar with property-related finance activities such as tenant utilities, rental payment, refund tenant, commission calculation, vendor payment, project expenses, and operational cash flow.
- Familiar with tax administration including PPh 21, PPh 23, Final Tax, Corporate Tax, and related tax documentation.
- Experienced in filing and maintaining financial documents such as invoice, receipt, petty cash report, bank transaction, BKK, CTD, and supporting documents.
- Experience in property, relocation, real estate, rental, villa, apartment, tenant management, or building operation is preferred.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial data.
