Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inventory audits and full stock counts across stores and operational locations to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Perform physical inventory verification and investigate stock discrepancies, variances, and inventory-related issues.
Analyze inventory transactions and identify potential risks, process gaps, or fraudulent activities impacting stock integrity.
Act as an independent control function by reviewing inventory processes and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Prepare audit findings, inventory reports, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with Store Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Loss Prevention teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
Monitor inventory movements and ensure all stock transactions are properly recorded within the ERP system.
Support investigations related to inventory shrinkage, stock loss, and operational irregularities.
Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen inventory controls and operational compliance.
Travel extensively across stores and business locations throughout Indonesia to perform inventory audits and stock verification activities.
Support regional or international inventory audit assignments when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Audit, Stock Audit, Internal Audit, Loss Prevention, or related functions.
Strong understanding of inventory management processes, stock reconciliation, and inventory control principles.
Experience conducting physical stock counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of inventory variances.
Comfortable working independently and handling field-based audit activities.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Good English communication skills for daily interactions with regional stakeholders.
Willing to travel extensively, including frequent out-of-town assignments for 2–3 weeks at a time.
Possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle for mobility within the Jabodetabek area.
