Requirements – Commis (Cold Section)
Basic knowledge of food preparation, cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and food presentation.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge is an advantage).
Able to prepare ingredients according to recipes and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality.
