Job Role

The Part-Time Data Annotator – Vietnam will be responsible for supporting the company's AI search optimization initiatives by reviewing, categorizing, validating, and labeling localized digital information across the Vietnamese market. This role focuses on improving AI search accuracy through detailed online research, regional data verification, and structured data annotation.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of machine learning models by utilizing their understanding of Vietnamese geography, local administrative divisions, business terminology, and language structure. Key Responsibilities

• Review, categorize, clean, and annotate localized text data, business categories, and search keywords related to the Vietnamese market.
• Conduct online research using publicly available information, mapping services, directories, and other open-source resources to verify designated data points.
• Apply local knowledge to accurately label geographic locations, business information, employment terminology, and regional search variations.
• Improve AI search performance by ensuring localized datasets accurately reflect Vietnamese language usage and regional context.
• Maintain high levels of annotation accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout daily production activities.
• Complete assigned annotation targets within flexible working hours while following established quality control standards.
• Report data inconsistencies and provide feedback that supports continuous dataset improvement.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators to ensure timely completion of annotation tasks.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Vietnam and has lived in the country for at least two years.
• Open to college students of any major and part-time professionals from any educational background.
• Strong familiarity with Vietnamese geography, cities, districts, local business environments, and cultural practices.
• Comfortable conducting online research and verifying information from multiple public sources.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately process structured data.
• Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and a strong working knowledge of English.
• Basic Chinese language ability is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Possess a reliable personal computer or laptop with stable high-speed internet access.
• Able to work independently, manage flexible working hours, and consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
