Our organization is expanding it's green and sustainable operations in Riau. We are actively seeking dedicated, highly technical, and family-oriented professionals to fill three strategic roles within our Sustainability and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) department.

1. Sustainability & EHS Staff

Ideal for individuals ready to execute field programs and manage core technical data.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in EHS / Sustainability roles.

• Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (PPA) and air emissions (PPU); assist in collecting hazardous waste logs (PLB3/PLNB3) and updating the AMDAL / UKL-UPL matrix; draft technical facility layouts using AutoCAD.

2. Sustainability & EHS Supervisor (Pengawas)

Ideal for experienced professionals ready to manage operations, teams, and field compliance.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in supervisory or senior specialist EHS roles.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise site-wide compliance across PPA, PPU, PLB3, and PLNB3; oversee water management and fire prevention systems under strict Peatland Management (Pengelolaan Gambut) regulations; coordinate field execution of UKL/UPL matrices; lead SMK3 and ISO 14001 internal audits.

3. Sustainability & EHS Department Head

Ideal for strategic leaders ready to govern site policy, mitigate corporate risk, and liaise with authorities.

• Experience: 5+ years of extensive managerial or head-level experience in heavy FMCG or agro-industry operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Direct and retain the site’s SMK3 and ISO 14001 certifications; manage the department budget; lead high-level permits and AMDAL reviews with government agencies (DLH / Ministry of Environment); govern macro strategies for Peatland Hydrology and corporate net-zero targets.

Core Qualifications Required (Across All Levels):

• Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering (Teknik Lingkungan).

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian environmental frameworks: ISO 14001, SMK3, AMDAL, UKL/UPL (including matrix reporting), PPA, PPU, PLB3, and PLNB3.

• Specialized Skill: Experience or strong familiarity with Peatland Management (Pengelolaan Gambut) and peat conservation laws is highly preferred.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD (for spatial/facility mapping), Microsoft Excel (for data analytics), Word, and PowerPoint.
