The KOL & Affiliate Specialist is responsible for developing and executing O'Connor's influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role manages relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, affiliates, agencies, and brand partners while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business results across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & Influencer Management
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
Build a diverse creator network aligned with O'Connor's brand positioning.
Evaluate influencer performance based on engagement, audience quality, and conversion metrics.
2. Affiliate Program Management
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and other affiliate platforms.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commission structures when appropriate.
3. Campaign Execution
Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate campaign timelines, product seeding, briefing materials, and deliverables.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet performance objectives.
4. Content Collaboration
Work closely with influencers and affiliates to produce engaging, authentic, and brand-aligned content.
Coordinate with the Creative team to maximize campaign effectiveness across digital channels.
5. Performance Analysis
Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, GMV, ROAS, and affiliate sales.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Market Research
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.
Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen O'Connor's market presence.
7. Budget Management
Manage influencer and affiliate campaign budgets efficiently.
Ensure marketing investments generate measurable returns.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to maximize campaign impact and sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
Experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or similar creator platforms.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with influencer analytics and campaign reporting tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Passionate about social media, creator economy, and consumer trends.
