We have 17 manufacturing plants and offices located in China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and New Zealand. This enables us to develop, manufacture and supply customized adhesives and surfacing solutions and offer on-site technical service and application support to our local and regional customers
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least five (5) years of experience in a production environment and at least three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role, experience in paper manufacturing or chemical company will be advantage.
Good knowledge of safety and HSE requirements
Experience in implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and SMK3 standards , scheduling
Have qualified management skills, technical or field knowledge and strong leadership ability
Problem solving and decision making skills
Production planning and maintenance scheduling experience
Willing to accept challenges, able to work under pressure, have excellent analytical thinking, and communicate effectively with various levels
Tasks & responsibilities
Engages in planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing process and is responsible for ensuring goods and services are produced efficiently, the correct production amount and accurately, produced according to the right cost budget and quality according to company standards.
Planning of preventive maintenance & maintenance are according to schedule and ensure the effective financial management of the maintenance department by setting budgets, capital works and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there is regularly monitored and reviewed.
Understand and run and control the standard system of quality an environmental and safety aspects. Ensure that the quality of production is maintained within customer specifications.
Initiate and execute improvements in productivity, safety, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000 and SMK3
Set and assure the availability of resources for manufacturing process
Implement AICA and local environmental health and safety policies in order to give the staff the safest environment possible.
Manage the workers from all level; motivate, control, and develop workers to achieve target
Define and execute a maintenance program to maximize production continuity
Comply with AICA ethical standards
Meet HSE standards/target set by company and make sure that the work process comply with existing Work Instruction and SOP
