QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Financial Management
- Strong background in accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Willing to travel and conduct field visits across plant locations
- Excellent coordination and reporting skills
- Experience in plant accounting or similar operational accounting roles is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance to Plant Accountant IIs and Inventory Controllers
- Conduct regular plant visits for field monitoring and operational support
- Review and validate accounting, inventory, and reconciliation reports
- Monitor accounts receivable, stock movement, deliveries, and inventory reconciliations
- Submit weekly consolidated reports and assist during internal/external audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Act as reliever when necessary and facilitate coordination across assigned plants
