Operations Excellence Associate

About This Role

We're on the lookout for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as Operations Excellence Associate. You'll play a critical role in supporting the performance and productivity of our sales team by managing and optimizing processes across lead assignment, operational audit, and other sales enablement functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

- Manage lead assignment and sales achievement claim flows

- Support operational audit function by doing data verification processes

- Provide day-to-day administrative support for operations function

Who We Are Looking For 

- Someone who is passionate about working with data and doing structured work

- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or other administrative-related role

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
