Marketing Manager (Medical Device)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager (Medical) to join PT Solaris Scientific Indonesia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth. This is a full-time position based in Kemayoran, Jakarta, where you will lead our marketing initiatives and contribute directly to the company's commercial success. This role is essential to positioning PT Solaris Scientific Indonesia as a leader in the scientific sector and achieving our ambitious growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives and target market segments

2. Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively and ensure strong return on investment across all marketing activities

3. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship and support to achieve departmental goals

4. Manage brand positioning, messaging and communications across all channels to maintain consistency and strengthen market presence

5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends and threats within the scientific and industrial sectors

6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, trade shows, public relations and promotional activities

7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, media and industry influencers

8. Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse results and prepare regular reports for senior management

9. Collaborate with sales, product development and other departments to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies

10. Manage marketing collateral, website content and digital platforms to ensure professional representation of the brand

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline

2. Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience (preferable in Medical Device), with at least 2-3 years in a marketing management or leadership role

3. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results

4. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within scientific, industrial or technology sectors

5. Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO and online advertising

6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

7. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools

8. Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management and communication skills

9. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; fluency in both languages is essential

10. Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving mindset

11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

12. Experience with budget management and financial planning is highly desirable
