Qualifications :
1. Min. 5-8 years experience in R&D Beverage/Food & Beverage industry
2. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
3. Strong knowledge of beverage formulation, sensory evaluation, and product development
4. Experienced in lab scale to pilot scale to mass production
5. Understanding of BPOM, Halal certification, and food safety standards HACCP/ISO 22000
6. Creative, innovative, and strong leadership & project management skills
Responsibilities :
1. Lead and develop new beverage product concepts from ideation to launch
2. Conduct formulation, testing, and sensory evaluation to meet market trends
3. Improve existing product taste, quality, shelf-life, and cost efficiency
4. Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Marketing for NPD process
5. Prepare technical documents, specifications, and BPOM registration files
6. Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and raw material innovations
