Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive creative communication strategies to promote IPEKA schools, focusing on building brand awareness, highlighting USPs, and driving enrollment.
Define target audiences, key messages, and communication channels for each school location, considering local context and market dynamics.
Create integrated content plans that align with communication strategies and target audience preferences.
Recommend appropriate marketing channels and tactics for each location, considering local context and target audience, optimizing reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the Content Creator/Designer to ensure content effectively communicates the brand message and resonates with target audiences.
Work closely with the Location Strategist to understand local market conditions and tailor communication strategies accordingly.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Work closely with the Data analysis team to ensure data-driven strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or marketing communications.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies.
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing principles and tactics across various channels (digital and traditional).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
