Hardskill :
Excel menengah keatas - VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot table dan idealnya bisa macro atau Power Query
Sistem ERP - bisa mengoperasikan modul inventory: GR, GI, Stock ntransfer, adjustmen dan stock reporting
Rekonsiliasi data - Mencocokan sistem vs fisik, menemukan dan menelurusi selisih
Dokumen logistik - bisa baca dan proses GR, DO, Surat jalan, form stock opname
Alanisis Stok dasar - identifikasi fast / slow moving, deteksi anomali, baca tren pergerakan
Soft Skill :
Teliti dan terstruktur, proaktif melaporkan temuan, komunikatif lintas tim (Gudang, PPIC, Finance, purchasing)
Nilai plus :
Mempunyai sertifikasi ISO 9001 Internal auditor
