Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding in automation & electrical systems to support the company’s business growth.
• Identify and develop new customers in industrial/manufacturing sectors
• Maintain good relationships with new/existing customers
• Present automation and electrical solutions/products to customers
• Prepare proposals, and technical offers
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings
• Provide support, training, and development to customer
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Provide after-sales support and project follow-up
• Prepare regular sales activity reports
Education
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields
Experience
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in automation/electrical sales is preferred
Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of:
o PLC
o HMI
o SCADA
o Inverter/VFD
o Electrical panels
o Instrumentation
o Industrial sensors
o etc
• Familiar with automation products such as:
o Schneider Electric
o Siemens
o Others
• Able to read wiring diagrams and basic electrical drawings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage
• Willing to travel for business trips
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
• Having an industrial customer database/network
• Experience handling factory automation projects
• Understanding of Modbus, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet communication
• Experience working in a system integrator company is a plus
