Expected Profile
- Young Muslim male
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Communication Science, Advertising, Digital Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. (Experience in sales/marketing within an educational institution is highly preferred.)
- Ability to manage, map, and follow up on educational institution networking data.
- Basic digital marketing skills: digital advertising and social media optimization.
- Ability to analyze market data within the educational sector.
- Exceptional persuasive communication, negotiation, and public presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on conversion rate.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments/units.
Job Description
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies (online & offline) to significantly increase the number of new student enrollments in each Student Admission cycle.
- Source, manage, and track prospective student/parent data from the first point of contact through to the re-registration (conversion) process.
- Conduct visits, presentations, and proactive outreach to feeder schools (satellite schools) and build strong partnership relationships.
- Map current trends in parental needs and regularly analyze competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to optimize social media and digital advertising as tools for prospective applicant acquisition.
- Prepare annual reports.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management for service improvement.
