- Process Transactions: Accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Count bills, process receipts, and provide correct change.
- Manage the Register: Reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of shifts. Ensure total sales match the recorded data.
- Handle Guest Relations: Greet customers, answer phone calls, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain Order: Keep the front counter, register, and nearby tables clean.
- Order Taking: Enter food and drink orders into the POS system.
- Upselling: Recommend popular menu items or special promotions.
- Shift Handover: Count funds and pass important daily logs to the next cashier.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare a final report of daily revenue and cash flow.
