Responsibilities:
- Prepare project cost calculations and tender proposals to support the project sales team in a timely manner, based on inquiries and tender documents related to electrification, drives, or automation systems.
- Develop project schedules in accordance with tender specification requirements.
- Prepare necessary documents such as shop drawings and tender documentation for integration into project submissions and customer approval.
- Conduct site surveys and attend meetings with the sales team during the tender stage for preparation and clarification purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Quantity Surveying
- Fair proficiency in English, both oral and written
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative, self-motivated, creative, and responsible
- Able to work under time constraints and adapt to changes
- Familiarity with MV switchgears, transformers, cabling, installations, LVMDP panels, PLC/SCADA systems, and variable speed drives (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, or other well-known brands) is a strong advantage
- Willing to travel for site assignments
