Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in running paid ads campaigns for property, apartment, housing, office space, relocation service, leasing, renovation/fit-out, hospitality, or other service-based lead generation.
- Able to manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including lead ads, traffic ads, conversion campaigns, retargeting, custom audience, and lookalike audience.
- Able to manage Google Ads campaigns, especially Search Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, or Demand Gen campaigns.
- Understands keyword research, search intent, audience segmentation, ad copy, bidding strategy, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
- Able to analyze campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, reach, impression, and cost per result.
- Familiar with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and landing page performance is preferred.
- Able to work with Sales/AE team to evaluate whether the leads generated are relevant, qualified, and potential for closing.
- Data-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear campaign recommendations.
