Sport & Recreation Attendant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Sports & Recreation, Hospitality, Tourism, Physical Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, recreation, wellness, or leisure industry.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and committed to outstanding service standards.

• Minimum proficiency or hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Recreational Games, Sports Activities, or Special Events.

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident in leading group activities and engaging with guests of diverse backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrates personal integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Willing to be located in Canggu, Badung, Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and effective operation of all Sport & Recreation activities, with a focus on delivering engaging sports and recreational experiences for guests.

• Serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the planning, coordination, and execution of all sports and recreational events.

• Coordinate daily with other departments to maintain effective communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all guest feedback, concerns, and complaints related to sports and recreational activities are addressed promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Work closely with the Sport & Recreation Manager to design, develop, and implement attractive and beneficial sports and recreation programs, including classes, tournaments, and special events.

• Manage and coordinate the procurement, inventory, and availability of Sport & Recreation equipment, supplies, and cleaning materials.
