Job Description:

Corporate Organizational Legal

1. Develop and enhance the capabilities of ABM Group Legal personnel, specifically regarding their respective areas of legal expertise.

2. Coordinate with other relevant functions in delivering legal services.

3. Assist in preparing and executing the strategic plans and initiatives of the ABM Group Legal team, as applicable.

Legal Aspect Services

1. Draft legal opinions on existing legal issues, focusing primarily on their specific area of legal expertise.

2. Review the legal aspects of relevant transactional documents, focusing primarily on their specific area of legal expertise.

3. Identify legal risks within ABM Group's business activities or operations, and prepare as well as implement mitigation strategies, as applicable.

4. Conduct legal analysis on prevailing laws and regulations, including any amendments.

5. Provide legal guidance and advocacy to ABM Group employees and executives, as applicable.

6. Assist in selecting and recommending independent third parties to provide legal services for the interest of ABM Group companies.

7. Review, assist, and support the execution of corporate actions undertaken by ABM Group, as applicable.

8. Implement and support the execution of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and ESG principles within ABM Group.

Requirements:

• Proven 6-7+ years of experience in the legal field.

• Preferably from the shipping, logistics, or manufacturing industry.

• Responsible for providing corporate legal support and handling disputes for management and related departments.

• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

• Solid understanding of the Indonesian legal and regulatory environment.

• Able to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Experience working in a law firm is an advantage.
