Qualification:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Min. 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Treasury, with at least 5 years at Managerial level.
Must have experience in the Mining Industry, preferably coal.
In-depth understanding of mining project financing structures, banking, and financial risk management.
Strong financial analysis skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a complex environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and advanced MS Excel.
Placement at Head Office – South Jakarta.
