The Role

We are seeking an experienced, warm, and highly motivated English Teacher to guide young learners (ages 3 to 13) toward linguistic mastery. In this role, you will manage hybrid classes, develop innovative teaching strategies, and collaborate with our academic team to deliver engaging, results-oriented lessons that inspire a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver focused and high-energy lessons tailored for Pre-School and Primary students.
• Adapt and prepare teaching aids and supplemental materials to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
• Incorporate interactive and dynamic activities to maintain high levels of student engagement and enthusiasm.
• Provide constructive feedback and design personalized study plans to ensure consistent student progress.
• Attend PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) meetings and maintain proactive, professional communication with parents regarding their child's development.
• Collaborate with the academic department to design schedules, lesson plans, and comprehensive assessment tools, and our content and marketing team to promote all of our products and services. 

Requirements

• Minimum B2 English proficiency (Must provide official or simulation certification, such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo English Test, or Cambridge with your application).
• At least 1 year of experience specifically teaching English to pre-school and primary-aged children.
• A strong understanding of child psychology and developmental growth; a 120-hour TESOL certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Confident and skilled in navigating hybrid teaching environments (both in-person and via digital platforms).
• A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude.
