OPERATIONAL MANAGER (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to support operational efficiency.

• Act as a communication bridge by interpreting spoken Mandarin into Bahasa Indonesia (or English is a plus, but not mandatory) during meetings, discussions, and site visits.

• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

• Prepare and assist with operational reports, presentations, and business meetings.

• Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Maximum age: 45 yo.

• Minimum D3 degree in any major.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to conduct and assist with presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or equivalent software.

• Possess a valid driving license.

• Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed.

• Candidates living in Tangerang (Serpong area) or West Jakarta are preferred.

• Willing to attend an interview at our office located in Kawasan Industri Blessindo, Tangerang.
