About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager that plays an important role in accelerating our brand Dukosam, direct-to-consumer growth by driving a holistic, full-funnel media strategy that balances efficient acquisition with brand building and long-term customer value. This role is responsible for generating high-quality B2C leads and converting them into sales through close coordination with cross-functional teams, such as Creative/Marketing and Sales (offline and commerce) teams. Also, drive business impact through performance marketing channels including search, display, paid social and emerging commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with sales funnel optimization and team leadership skills. This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity and strategy, where every funnel you optimize directly impacts how thousands of customers discover, engage and buy. You’ll lead high-performing digital initiatives, experiment boldly with new growth tactics and turn insights into measurable results. Success in this role requires both hands-on platform expertise and strong strategic thinking, enabling the development of integrated media strategies that drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and retention.
What you'll be doing
Own end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, to optimize performance and scale high-impact channels.
Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), employing A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Manage advertising budgets across platforms including commerce platforms, allocating resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs (to drive both brand awareness and revenue growth).
Lead creative strategy across performance channels, partnering with internal creative teams to develop high-impact, customer-centric assets that build brand awareness while driving conversion. Ensure channel specific learnings inform future campaigns and brand storytelling.
Monitor Advertiser, Affiliate, Live Host and Customer Service team to improve response and closing rates. Generate quality leads and ensure strong B2C conversion.
Monitor Live Hosts to align campaigns with live selling strategy and achieve revenue target.
Strategically allocate marketing investment across channels to drive topline revenue growth while maintaining CAC efficiency and maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap across channels, creative, audiences and landing experiences to continuously improve conversion rate, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.
Continuously test and improve ads, creatives (collaborate with Marketing team) and targeting.
Partner with Marketing, B2B and B2C Sales and Operations teams to ensure paid programs support product launches, integrated campaigns and broader brand initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Finance and leaders to align marketing investments with business objectives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
+3 years of experience in digital marketing and paid ads, preferably within the FMCG (supplement/ health) industry, with clear ownership of business outcomes.
Proficient analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced with adaptability to quickly learn and implement new advertising techniques and strategies.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Familiarity with the consumer-focused categories (health/herbal products).
Willingness to work at our office in Kota Bogor, and weekly visit to Tenjolaya, Kabupaten Bogor.
