About The Company:

  • Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the LED lighting business by acquiring new B2B customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Promote and sell LED lighting products while identifying new business opportunities in the market.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Support and guide junior sales staff in daily sales activities.

  • Develop sales strategies and contribute to business growth.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Necessary Skill / Experience

  • Proven B2B sales experience with more than 10 years experience

  • Business-level English communication skills.

  • More than conversational level Japanese

  • Strong business development and market expansion skills.

  • Experience in industrial products, machinery, electrical equipment, or related industries.

Preferable Skill / Experience

  • Experience working for a Japanese company.

  • Japanese language skills (preferred).

  • Experience in LED, lighting, or electrical products sales.

  • Living in or around Cikarang.
