Customs & Logistics Staff
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import, customs clearance, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations and HS Code classification.
- Familiar with SPJM (Red Lane) procedures and Quarantine clearance processes.
- Knowledge of import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO/SKA (Certificate of Origin), Surveyor Report (LS), Import Permits (PI), and other customs-related documents.
- Experience coordinating with PPJK (Customs Broker), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and logistics operations from shipment to warehouse delivery.
- Coordinate customs clearance with PPJK, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all import and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and import licensing requirements.
- Handle SPJM (Red Lane) inspections, Quarantine clearance, and customs-related issues.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth import operations.
