Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in Indonesia.
Proven experience selling and/or implementing Microsoft ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprise customers across industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or Professional Services.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and complementary solutions, including Power BI, Azure, and ISV add-ons.
Technical & Business Knowledge
Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Operations, and Reporting.
Ability to conduct executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and articulate business value and ROI.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
