Job Position:
Reservations and Concierge Staff
VOX Villas Canggu is looking for someone who is polite, well-organized, fast to respond, and able to deliver warm and professional guest service from pre-arrival until departure.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, reservations, guest communication, pre-arrival arrangements, arrival coordination, in-house guest requests, departure assistance, and daily communication with the Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance team.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries and reservations professionally.
Respond to guest messages through WhatsApp, email, OTA, and direct booking channels.
Assist guests from pre-arrival, arrival, stay experience, until departure.
Update booking details, guest requests, arrival time, and payment status.
Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance team.
Support guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
Maintain clear daily handover and proper follow-up.
Job Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, villa, hotel, reservation, or guest service is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Able to use WhatsApp, email, OTA, and basic computer systems.
Polite, honest, well-groomed, and responsible.
Detail-oriented and able to follow company SOP.
Able to work in a team and handle pressure calmly.
Based in Bali or willing to work in Canggu area.
At VOX Villas Canggu, this position is not only about taking reservations. This role is responsible for creating a smooth guest journey before the guest arrives, during the stay, and until departure.
