Role : Guest Experience Officer


Job Description

  • Deliver friendly and professional service to guests both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Assist with ticket sales for events, exhibitions, and attractions at NICE Venue.
  • Provide accurate information about event schedules, ticket prices, promotions, and venue policies.
  • Operate POS and ticketing systems for transactions and sales reporting.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Support daily operations across the front desk, ticket booth, and gate check-in areas.
  • Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Actively promote offers, bundles, and upselling opportunities to maximize ticket sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation standards within the service area in line with NICE’s brand image.


Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, ticketing, frontliner, or hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills; friendly and professional in engaging with diverse guests.
  • Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and POS/ticketing systems (preferred).
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in events, entertainment, museums, theme parks, or convention centers preferred.
  • Capable of working in high-traffic environments with effective crowd management.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and solution-driven.
  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
