Job Description
- Deliver friendly and professional service to guests both in-person and through digital channels.
- Assist with ticket sales for events, exhibitions, and attractions at NICE Venue.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, ticket prices, promotions, and venue policies.
- Operate POS and ticketing systems for transactions and sales reporting.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach.
- Support daily operations across the front desk, ticket booth, and gate check-in areas.
- Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Actively promote offers, bundles, and upselling opportunities to maximize ticket sales.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation standards within the service area in line with NICE’s brand image.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, ticketing, frontliner, or hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills; friendly and professional in engaging with diverse guests.
- Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and POS/ticketing systems (preferred).
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in events, entertainment, museums, theme parks, or convention centers preferred.
- Capable of working in high-traffic environments with effective crowd management.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and solution-driven.
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
