Prestige Rentals is a 12 year standing Luxury Rentals in specialising in cars, motorbikes, helicopters, private jets and yachts. Join our dynamic team as a full-time Full Stack Web & Mobile App Developer. Based in Bali, you are welcome to work from the convenience of your home to play a key role in automating and scaling our luxury rental company. Your strategic approach implementing a moden and technically advanced system will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our position in the luxury rental market.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial Lead Full-Stack Product Engineer to design, build, and launch our next-generation Prestige Rentals Platform from scratch. This is a full-time, end-to-end ownership role. You will be the sole architect of both our mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications, handling everything from initial UI/UX wireframing to backend automation.

Because you will be building a complex ecosystem (combining features akin to Airbnb, Turo, and Uber), we expect you to be an AI-native developer. You should have extensive experience building websites and apps from start to finish by aggressively utilizing advanced AI tools, agents, and workflows (specifically Anthropic’s Claude Code, AI-assisted IDEs, and open-source AI agent frameworks) to maximize output, ensure rapid deployment, and maintain clean, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Development: Architect and build the web and mobile applications from the ground up using state-of-the-art AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents) to dramatically accelerate the development lifecycle.

UI/UX Product Design: Conceptualize and design a high-end, luxury-grade user interface. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that reflect a premium brand experience.

Frontend & Backend Development: Build cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) and a responsive web application, backed by a robust, fully automated backend infrastructure.

Logistics & Automation Architecture: Implement real-time tracking, scheduling, complex booking engines, automated identity verification, and dynamic pricing algorithms.

DevOps & CI/CD: Set up cloud infrastructure, manage automated testing pipelines, and handle app store submissions and web hosting.

Maintenance & Security

?Proactive Visual & Trend Evolution: Use your own initiative to continuously monitor digital design shifts. You will naturally update and refresh our graphics, UI components, and brand assets to ensure the platform always looks ultra-modern and perfectly aligned with the latest luxury tech trends.

?Tax & Regulatory System Updates: Ensure the platform's financial infrastructure, payment gateways, and backend systems are consistently updated to comply with evolving tax laws, localized rental regulations, and automated invoicing requirements.

?High-Grade Security Measures: Implement, monitor, and maintain the highest possible security standards. This includes end-to-end data encryption, secure API protocols, routine vulnerability patching, and strict data privacy compliance to safeguard our high-net-worth clientele and premium fleet data.

Scalability

?Strict Clean Coding Standards: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of the codebase. While leveraging AI tools like Claude Code for speed, you must ensure all output adheres to strict clean-coding principles (SOLID principles, modular design, and dry code). You will prevent AI-generated technical debt by enforcing strict linting, type-safety, and comprehensive self-documentation.

?Performance Optimization for High Demand: Write highly efficient database queries, optimize API response times, and implement smart caching layers (e.g., Redis) to handle intense traffic spikes, real-time geofencing, and concurrent booking requests smoothly.

?Future-Proof & Decoupled Architecture: Design a highly scalable, stateless backend and decoupled frontend architecture. The platform must be structured so that as demand scales, it can seamlessly transition from a clean monolith to microservices, allowing future developers to onboard instantly and scale individual features without breaking the core system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

AI-Native Workflows: Extensive, hands-on experience building full-stack applications utilizing modern AI tools. Must be highly proficient with Claude Code, Cursor/Copilot, and familiar with open-source AI agent frameworks to optimize coding efficiency.

Full-Stack Track Record: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready mobile and web apps from start to finish.

Design Capabilities: Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive, and premium UI/UX design.

Mobile & Web Frameworks: Expert-level experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) and modern web stacks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python).

Automation & APIs: Deep understanding of background workers, cron jobs, database management, and integrating complex third-party APIs (Stripe, Maps, SMS/Push).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Contributed to or deeply customized open-source AI developer tools or autonomous coding agents.

• Prior experience building marketplace, on-demand logistics, or rental applications.

• A "Founding Engineer" mindset—the ability to act as a product owner, not just a code writer.
